Bal Bhawan School provides a well-organized and efficient transport facility covering most major routes across the city. Our fleet of buses is equipped with GPS-enabled tracking systems in accordance with CBSE safety guidelines and undergoes regular maintenance, servicing, and safety inspections to ensure a secure and comfortable journey for students.

Each bus is operated by trained and experienced drivers and is accompanied by attendants who follow established safety protocols. Female attendants are deployed on designated routes wherever required to provide additional support and supervision for younger students.

The Transport Department continuously monitors operations to maintain punctuality, safety, and service quality.The school transport network is designed to provide convenient access across major residential areas of the city. Route extensions and modifications may be considered based on feasibility and student requirements.

To ensure preparedness in unforeseen situations, all buses follow established emergency response procedures, and parents may contact the Transport Department for immediate assistance regarding transport-related concerns.

Students of Classes XI and XII may commute to school using a two-wheeler only if they possess a valid driving licence. Wearing a helmet is mandatory for all students using two-wheelers.

Transport Rules & Safety Guidelines

  • • Students should reach their designated bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled arrival time.
  • • Students must maintain discipline and follow the instructions of the driver and attendant.
  • • No student should extend any part of the body or any object outside the bus windows.
  • • Damage to bus property will invite disciplinary action and recovery of repair costs.
  • • Any change in transport arrangements must be communicated to the Transport Department in advance.
  • • Students using two-wheelers must carry a valid driving licence and wear a helmet at all times.
